SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you opt in to receive text messages from Dallas Financial Solutions, Inc. ("DFS," "we," "us," or "our"). Messages may be sent using Twilio and related tools (including Minerva acting for DFS). This is a first-party DFS messaging program for service and personal-assistant communications only — not a marketing or promotional list, and not a third-party marketing list.
Program description / use case
Dallas Financial Solutions, Inc. provides business, legal, and finance consulting. Our SMS program sends customer care, account/service notifications, and personal-assistant coordination only, such as:
- Consultation and appointment reminders
- Scheduling confirmations and follow-ups
- Service-related updates and assistant messages you requested
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program. We do not sell or transfer your number to other companies for their marketing. Message content matches the service/assistant use case you consented to at opt-in.
Opt-in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmative consent through a website form, verbal confirmation, or another clear opt-in method we describe at signup. We do not use pre-checked boxes for SMS consent.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages related to your consultation, engagement, or assistant requests. Typical volume is low (often a few messages per month related to scheduling or coordination), but frequency depends on your interactions with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.
How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to cancel. After we receive STOP, you will get a one-time confirmation and we will stop sending SMS for this program. You can opt back in later by following our current opt-in process.

Non-sharing of mobile information
Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to operate this DFS service/personal-assistant SMS program and with service providers (such as Twilio) solely to deliver and support those messages.
Supported carriers
SMS is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and have authority to consent for the mobile number you provide. Our services are intended for adults and businesses in the United States.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to the SMS program will be communicated as required.
