This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website or communicate with us, including by text message (SMS/MMS) through our messaging program operated with Twilio (and related assistants such as Minerva acting on behalf of DFS).

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- Business information related to a consultation or engagement
- Website and form data submitted through our site (including consultation requests and SMS opt-in)
- Messaging data such as your mobile number, opt-in/opt-out status, message content, and delivery metadata

- Technical data such as browser type, device type, and approximate location collected by standard website tools (for example, reCAPTCHA or analytics, if enabled)

Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Dallas Financial Solutions, Inc., we may use your mobile number to send service and personal-assistant messages only, such as:
- Appointment and consultation reminders
- Scheduling confirmations and follow-ups
- Service-related notifications and personal-assistant coordination you requested
This SMS program does not send marketing or promotional offers. Message content is limited to the service/assistant use case described at opt-in.

Mobile information and messaging consent — non-sharing (required for Twilio)
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information and consent to receive text messages are used only to provide the DFS service/personal-assistant messaging program you opted into and to operate related service delivery (including our SMS service provider, currently Twilio). Sharing with service providers is limited to operating, delivering, and supporting that messaging — not for third-party or affiliate marketing.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Opt out and help
- Text STOP to cancel SMS messages from us at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS from that program.
- Text HELP for help. You may also contact us using the information in the Contact section below or on our SMS Terms page.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate our website, forms, email, or SMS (including Twilio), under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing services to us
- With professional advisors (for example, attorneys or accountants) when needed for our services
- With authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- With your direction or consent
Again: mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, for our business records, or as required by law. Opt-out records may be retained as needed to honor your STOP request.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may:
- Opt out of SMS by texting STOP
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us (subject to legal exceptions)
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, if applicable (email marketing, if any, is separate from this SMS program)
Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-Party Links and Tools
Our site may use third-party tools (such as Google reCAPTCHA). Those tools are governed by the third party's own policies. Use of those tools does not change our rule that we do not share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our site or messaging after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
